Reservation Policies
- ADVANCED RESERVATIONS - are required. All reservations must be made online or over the phone.
- PAYMENT - All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking with a Debit, Credit or Gift Card.
- TOUR TIME - Please ensure you arrive at the designated meeting time as stated in your confirmation email. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. While we strive to accommodate all guests, we cannot assure participation in your tour if you are not on time. It is imperative that you plan accordingly, taking into account winter driving conditions and traffic, which may affect your travel time. Allow sufficient time to reach your destination promptly.
- CANCELLATIONS - 48 Hour Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 2 days or more prior to your scheduled departure, you will be able to reschedule or will be refunded in full. If any cancellation is made less than 2 days prior to your scheduled tour time, reimbursements will not be given. This also includes no shows and not using reserved snowmobiles on the day of the trip. For example, if you reserve 4 snowmobiles and on the day of your trip you end up only using 3 snowmobiles, you will still be charged for 4 snowmobiles. Add-ons within 48 hours will be dependent on availability. We never overbook any of our trips. These policies ensure our ability to uphold our end of the reservation commitments.
- TOUR LIMITS - We strive to provide an enjoyable and safe tour where everyone has a memorable experience. We have found that smaller more private groups are more enjoyable for everyone. We will have a maximum group size of 6 snowmobiles (up to 12 people) per guide. If you are wanting to book large family/friend groups of more than 6 snowmobiles, please understand that any number over 6 will be going out with another guide. We will do our best to have mutual stopping points so everyone can get pictures.
- DAMAGES - All customers are responsible for damages to the equipment they rent.
- WEATHER - Snow Country Snowmobile Tours operates Rain or Shine, Snow or Sun, Hot or Cold.
